Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes requirements and system design.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to track progress towards business goals.
- Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration Finance Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis process improvement or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or digital health platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $55000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $97000 per year
