Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes requirements and system design.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to track progress towards business goals.
  • Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration Finance Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis process improvement or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.

Desired Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or digital health platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $55000 per year
  • Maximum Salary: $97000 per year
