Job Summary

Job Title : Mainframe Systems Administrator (Model 204)

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Administer support and maintain Model 204 (M204) environments in a production IBM mainframe setting
Perform M204 backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and system availability
Install configure and maintain M204 software including Early Warning facilities
Manage IBM mainframe disk storage including creation and maintenance of M204 subsystems and files
Plan and execute M204 environment upgrades including upgrades to version 7.6 or higher
Write execute and troubleshoot JCL jobs on IBM z/OS LPARs
Utilize TSO for JCL job creation submission and testing
Monitor and schedule batch workloads using the IWS scheduler
Develop debug and maintain Model 204 User Language procedures
Perform M204 Database and System Administration including advanced use of the DICTIONARY and SUBSYSMGMT subsystems
Collaborate with development and operations teams to support legacy applications and system enhancements
Ensure system performance stability security and compliance with enterprise standards
