Job Description:
The Project Manager at Hoar Construction will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This individual will work closely with clients subcontractors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including scope schedule budget and resources needed
- Manage all aspects of the construction process including scheduling budgeting and quality control
- Coordinate with subcontractors architects engineers and other stakeholders
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor and report on project progress including any delays or issues that arise
- Lead regular project meetings and communicate updates to all stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may impact project delivery
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate degree in related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Experience working with large-scale projects and diverse project teams
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $70000 - $98000 per year
