Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales data market trends consumer insights and brand analysis to design and oversee effective marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing communications plan that integrates both online and offline approaches managing timelines budget allocations and strategic objectives to achieve business goals.
- Drive improvements in branding and communication strategies enhancing media spend efficiency to maximize campaign impact and ROI.
- Serve as the primary content specialist taking ownership of message development managing art direction briefs copywriting media planning and ad optimization.
- Tailor brand materials across all platforms to ensure they resonate with the target audience.
- Manage and maintain brand assets coordinating updates and communications across proprietary channels.
- Design and execute a digital content strategy that aligns with the brands identity leveraging a content calendar and optimizing budget use for targeted ads.
- Apply media planning skills and ad optimization techniques to enhance digital presence and engagement.
- Compile and present a monthly analysis of market performance and communication outcomes.
- Lead manage and mentor the marketing team including task delegation performance guidance and collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline.
- Creative energetic and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on understanding of retail and F&B operations is highly preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and people management skills; able to mentor and guide team members effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools media planning content management and campaign analytics.
- Open to travel as required.
