Qualification: BE / DCE

8 years of progressive experience in software engineering systems design or related technical leadership roles
BE or DCE degree in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related field
Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical solutions in fast-paced environments
Strong expertise in system architecture performance optimization and scalable application design
Excellent communication collaboration and mentorship skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
