Our client is a technology company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.
Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying and qualifying prospects through contract negotiation and deal closure while strengthening long-term relationships with key enterprise clients in the banking sector.
Design and implement account- and territory-level market entry strategies to identify prioritize and win high-value opportunities within large enterprise environments.
Promote solution-led selling by developing compelling value propositions business cases and executive-level engagements that clearly articulate customer impact and differentiation.
Build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline through direct customer interactions strategic partner engagement and continuous analysis of market and industry dynamics.
Conduct detailed territory assessments and account analysis to uncover opportunities for account expansion solution adoption and business transformation.
Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems by maintaining accurate forecasts opportunity data and sales activity records in Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
Coordinate internal approval and deal review processes working closely with cross-functional teams such as product management legal professional services and delivery organizations.
Collaborate with customer success implementation and technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and long-term customer satisfaction after contract signature.
Communicate the companys strategic direction and solution roadmap to customers positioning the full portfolio to address evolving business challenges.
Requirements
Over 15 years of experience in enterprise-level solution sales with a strong background in selling banking platforms financial technology or large-scale digital transformation solutions.
Consistent record of achieving and surpassing assigned sales quotas and revenue objectives across complex multi-stage sales cycles.
Proven capability to engage and sell to financial institutions in Vietnam including senior executive stakeholders across both technology and business functions.
In-depth understanding of Vietnams banking industry with particular expertise in branch operations self-service channels (such as ATMs and point-of-sale systems) and digital banking ecosystems.
Strong commercial judgment with advanced negotiation skills and hands-on experience managing high-value strategic transactions.
Demonstrated excellence in strategic account planning execution and long-term customer development.
Highly developed consultative selling approach with the ability to clearly communicate return on investment and measurable business outcomes to diverse stakeholder groups.
Self-motivated resilient and agile with the capacity to perform effectively in demanding results-driven environments.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional internal teams and partner networks within complex matrix-based organizations.
Full professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese written and spoken.
Bachelors degree is required; a Master of Business Administration or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
