Salary: $90000 - $100000/annually
Director of Business Development Opportunity:
- Minimum 35 years hospice BD leadership in North Texas.
- Must have existing meaningful relationships with hospital systems SNFs post-acute networks and case management groups in Tarrant County.
- Director of Business Development must be able to bring 13 top-performing Community Liaisons (BDEs) or have a strong pipeline of talent willing to follow.
- Must understand hospice compliance capped billing model LOS management and how BD aligns with clinical ops.
Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
- Oversee BD team KPIs manage daily activity dashboards and weekly strategy alignment.
- Build execute a market-penetration strategy for hospitals and SNFs.
- Directly manage key accounts and open new ones.
- Director of Business Development must recruit train and retain high-performing liaisons.
Director of Business Development Key Metrics
- Monthly admissions growth
- Hospital conversion LOS improvements
- Team productivity KPIs
- New account development
- Territory scaling referral diversification
