Your role and responsibilities
You willbe working closely with a new team of developers lead by a Product Manager who will be developing Copilot AI Agents for the organisation to improve business and personal productivity. You will be ableto gain knowledge and experience in this relatively new and ever-changing technology and support individuals within teams and directorates across the organisation to be self-sufficient in building their own agents safely.

The team
The IT Service as part of the Corporate Services directorate supports colleagues across the organisation to get the most from their technology provision.
The Copilot Centre of Excellence will be based within the Corporate Services Product Team where it will be ideally placed to work alongside the Automation Centre of Excellence to influence and transform internal business productivity as well as developing external solutions for Customer experience.
The team is dedicated agile and implements solutions across the organisation many of which are accessible and used by all employees. This uniquely allows individuals within the team to have a wide influence and obvious impact on the way the organisation works.
