This role sits within our Technology function as part of the Activate Tribe. You will report functionally to the Delivery Director and work closely with the Tribe Lead and wider leadership team.
As a Group Agile Delivery Manager you will lead delivery across some of Goustos most complex and strategically important initiatives. Operating at tribe level you will be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery across multiple squads and functions ensuring that strategic intent is translated into measurable outcomes.
This is a highly visible role at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will create clarity in complex environments align cross-functional teams around shared goals and continuously improve delivery effectiveness. Success in this role means delivering meaningful business impact - not just activity - while strengthening how teams plan collaborate and perform.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-tribe strategic programmes aligned to company objectives
- Translate strategic priorities into clear outcome-driven plans with defined delivery and learning milestones dependencies risks and decision points
- Establish effective governance and make progress risks and trade-offs visible at scale across teams and functions to senior stakeholders
- Partner with Tribe and Technology leadership to align quarterly planning sequencing and capacity with OKRs and strategic priorities
- Use data and delivery insights to surface risks enable course correction and ensure measurable value is delivered
- Raise delivery standards by identifying systemic blockers improving ways of working and strengthening team effectiveness
Who You Are
- Experienced in managing complex cross-team programmes across the full product delivery lifecycle in an agile environment
- Skilled at translating strategy into structured executable plans that deliver measurable outcomes
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders through clarity insight and sound judgement
- Effective at leading without formal line authority and build credibility through expertise
- Confident operating in ambiguity and creating clarity across both strategic and operational contexts
- Committed to improving team performance and addressing delivery challenges constructively and early
