Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Section Engineer- Telecom to join our team in Surat this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and maintenance of telecommunication systems and infrastructure.
- Design and optimize telecom network architectures to ensure efficient and reliable communication systems
- Conduct site surveys and perform technical feasibility studies for new telecom projects
- Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet growing demand and improve coverage
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems with other infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare technical documentation including network diagrams installation guides and maintenance procedures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging telecom technologies and industry standards to drive innovation within the organization
- Manage and mentor junior engineers providing technical guidance and support
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Total 10 years of experience with min 4 years of relevant exp in Metro projects
