Job Summary

  • Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across Canada
  • Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in Canada
  • Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation
  • Identify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systems
  • Manage estimating cost planning and cost analysis for commercial institutional and residential projects
  • Lead client and consultant interactions ensuring project accountability and effective financial management
  • Oversee post-contract cost variances change control processes and monthly cost report

Qualifications :

  • 4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate)
  • A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field
  • Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS CIQS AACEI).
  • Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS PQS CCP)

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75000 - $110000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
