You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment and customer loyalty initiaves in collaboration with the CRM team.
  • Oversee the design of digital and print materials working with external agencies.
  • Support the team with the management of the Loyalty Rewards Program and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct research on current trends and topics within the CRM sector.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have or if you are

  • currently studying Business Administration Marketing CRM or a comparable field.
  • initial experience in CRM and/or newsletters.
  • your strengths in communication time management and organization.
  • no difficulties conducting conversations in English.
  • a passion for beauty and are enthusiastic about the latest trends.
  • fluent in the German language
