Business Partner

Act as a strategic advisor to the GM and CODIR
Maintain alignment with Sephoras and LVMHs financial framework and guidelines
Be able to transform long-term ambition in short-term operational actions.
Support the development of long-term strategic and retail growth plans.
Streamline and rationalize internal processes implement new tools and develop analyses to support expansion.
Maintain the relationship with our external business partners from a financial standpoint (Galeria Magasin and Manor department stores local banks auditors third-party tax firms etc.)
Act as strong and reliable partner for Sephora Europe organization

Business Controlling

Provide clear insights into business performance through dashboards and scorecards.
Analyze and advise on sell-in and sell-out performance.
Deliver in-depth analysis of retail store and own e-commerce performances.
Monitor and challenge advertising and promotion investments.
Drive profitability in line with objectives. Be proactive to identify opportunities for growth and investments efficiencies optimization.

Financial Reporting

Own monthly net sales and profit reporting to Sephora EME and Sephora Global.
Lead the budgeting process and revisions: establish timelines challenge assumptions and follow up on global team requests.
Drive risk & opportunity assessments and landing processes.
Own CAPEX submissions (stores)
Ensure the quality integrity and timely availability of financial data.
Drive the third-party accounting service center to ensure quality of deliveries.

Operations

Co-lead the end-to-end planning cycle to ensure product forecasts support business and financial goals maximizing sales and inventory quality.
Ensure Operations decisions are reflected in financial plans with consistency.

Internal Control/ Ethics & Compliance

Oversee the LVMH Internal Control annual review and the implementation of the associated action plan.
Ensure compliance and integrity across the DENS market.
Oversee audit performance and loss prevention.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Lead the Finance team with a developer mindset
Contribute to the creation of a HUB sensibility that embraces all the 4 markets. Capacity to drive engagement remotely and sensitivity to other markets dynamics
Be an active and contributing member of the DENS CODIR

Proven track record of 15 Years in Financial leadership
Minimum 3 years as Finance Director or large FP&A role in retail environments
Strategic collaborator and business partner
High energy hands-on and proactive mindset
Strictly rigorous on numbers
Ability to operate effectively with limited resources
Profound Knowledge with MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
