Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student Marketing you will support the Global Channel Marketing Team in operating and developing our Partner Portal as well as general marketing tasks. This role combines technical expertise creativity and strong communication skills offering you varied insights into digital marketing processes cross-functional collaboration and innovative technologies.
- You will support and maintain data within our Partner Portal (PRM system) and assist with evaluations as well as user management.
- Creating and integrating multilingual content in English German and other languages like Spanish and French will be an important part of your day-to-day work including ensuring quality by testing and providing feedback on new features.
- You will conceptualize new ideas to further develop the Partner Portal and enhance marketing activities.
- Offering user support and participating in training sessions for partners and colleagues forms another essential aspect of your role.
- In addition you will analyze evaluate and help integrate new technologies and you will be involved in optimizing processes as well as creating and visualizing documentation.
- Formulating target-group-specific communication for our sales partners and designing or adapting digital and graphic materials will also be among your tasks.
- Moreover you will support the team with administrative duties related to ongoing marketing projects and activities.
What you need to succeed
- You are currently enrolled in a program in Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Your enthusiasm for partner management and collaboration motivates you to actively contribute to team goals.
- Solid HTML skills and confidence in using Microsoft 365 are among your strengths; initial experience with CRM or PRM systems is considered an advantage.
- You communicate very well in both German and English in spoken as well as written form.
- Demonstrated interest or initial practical experience in Artificial Intelligencesuch as in AI tools or automation solutionsmakes you a valuable candidate.
- With a hands-on approach and goal-oriented mindset you tackle challenges efficiently and proactively.
- Your keen attention to detail ensures the accuracy and quality of documentation and marketing materials.
- Creative thinking and a solution-oriented attitude help you develop innovative ideas and approaches.
- A quick comprehension of new tasks and an energetic work attitude enable you to adapt rapidly.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills allow you to keep track of processes and present information clearly.
- As a team player you possess excellent communication skills and contribute positively to group dynamics.
- You show initiative and are capable of working independently when required.
- Motivation to learn new processes and technologies is part of your professional mindset.
