We are looking for Director of Events Management 我们正在寻找一位宴会及会议统筹总监
As a Director of Events Management we rely on you to 作为一名宴会及会议统筹总监你的主要工作职责为
- Develops catering account portfolios sales goals and strategies and ensures alignment of these goals to the hotels overall business strategy.
- Leads the Events Management team in generating and developing leads for local Catering segments: Corporate Social Government & Association.
- Plans and executes proactive selling on catering segments and reports to the DOSM on new ideas and potential area/accounts for business development.
- Analyzes market trends and review competition. Under the direction of the DOSM implements proactive sales strategies to meet the market changes.
- Works closely with the DOS and NSO sales team (where applicable) to maintain the most updated information of city-wide events including exhibitions conventions and other major social events that will impact the hotels business and share such information with Events Management team regularly.
- 建立发展餐饮客户档案销售目标及战略策划确保计划符合酒店整体生意战略策划目标
- 领导销售管理团队发展创造本地会议活动集团社会政府&协会
- 对宴会销售部份提出计划及实施提前销售将对生意有发展的新思路及潜力区/公司报告市场销售总监
- 分析市场趋势并回顾竞争力在市场销售总监的指导下根据市场变化积极完成销售战略策划
- 与销售总监及NSO销售团队如有合作完成并更新同城宴会会议信息包括宴会布展会议及其他可能影响酒店生意的大型社会活动并与宴会团队分享相应的信息
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人
- Good English Communication Skill
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position in international hotel
- Comprehensive knowledge of Events Management
- 有英文沟通能力
- 有国际酒店同职位至少2年以上工作经验
- 全面的宴会及会议统筹销售知识
