JOB DESCRIPTION
The co-op/intern will join Canadian Card Payments Loyalty & Personal Lending (CCPL&PL) line of business and will support any of the following business group and projects / initiatives:
Personal Lending Student Line of Credit
Portfolio Product Strategy Roadmap development and support including Competitive Insights review segmentanalysisand product reviews
Identifyingand solving Customer irritants involved in investigation planning and execution of resolving 4 customer irritants (Scoping Benefitquantificationand execution)
Cost Savings Investigation investigationonsome of our current spending andidentifyingefficiency opportunities (Scoping Benefit quantification. May not be executable during time)
Supportmanagementreporting and enhancements processimprovementand business management
Main Responsibilities
Proactively engageandpartner withmanagementand stakeholders tosupport the design and delivery ofCCPL&PLsproducts vision featuresand business objectives
Review and understand the Enterprisecreditrisk framework that relate to CPBand CCPL&PL productsand execute activities needed to ensurecompleteness andcompliance
Manage delivery initiatives and oversee development team (pod) backlogsto make sureproduct features are scoped and prioritized
Assist the Product Owner in developing businessobjectivesworking in a cross-functional agile team to deliver improved customer experiences
Track andprovideperformance analytics/ metrics/ insightsandrecommend strategies to enhance the customer or end user product experience
Deliver regular scans of competitive landscape and offerings by keeping a close pulse on the external environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in3rd 4thyear of anundergraduate degreeORmasters degreeinof Engineering OperationsInnovation &Technology Business/CommerceRisk Finance Economics MathematicsEngineeringor related field
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate/ mastersdegree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
