• Assistant Store Management Experience. Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced high-volume environmentsconsistentlydrivingresults and elevating team performance through hands-on leadership.
• ExceptionalLeadership& Business Acumen. Strong ability torecruitinspire anddeveloptop talent to deliver outstanding results and foster an energetic collaborative atmosphere.

• Location. This role requires on-site work at3092 13th Ave South Suite 501 Fargo ND 58103 United States (US).
• Availability. This role requires availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Physical Requirements. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds bend/stretch to stock shelves stand andwalkthe sales floor for the entire shift and work in a fragrance-filled environment. You must be able to handle and apply products to clientswith or without accommodation.

What Youll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $58500.00 - $68068.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the employed in this position may also be eligible to earn job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
