Heres how a Human Resources Specialist for PCL Construction Services Inc. within US Head Office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level complex and high-impact roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
- Facilitate interviews debriefs and offer negotiations acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably in both corporate and agency settings.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience with various ATS platforms and proficiency in sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication organizational and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry.
- LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter designation.
- Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems.
- Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
The estimated salary range for this role is $92650.00 - $125350.00 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
