Role Overview

A US-based Recruiting Agency is seeking a Senior Agency Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment remotely focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles including legal positions. This commission-based entrepreneurial role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys research outreach and building strong talent pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn job boards and sourcing tools.
  • Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
  • Screen resumes and support initial candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate candidate communication scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Track pipeline activity and provide updates to hiring teams.
  • Support reporting data accuracy and recruitment process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of agency recruiting or full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.

Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn SignalHire or niche/professional recruiting.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Commission-based 1099 role with significant earning potential.

  • Placement payouts ranging from $4000 to $14000 per hire.

  • Flexible remote work environment.

Additional Details
  • Monthly $45 technology fee (waived after first placement payout).
  • Includes access to ATS database sourcing tools job board postings and company resources.
  • No business development or performance metric requirements.
