Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn job boards and sourcing tools.
- Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms.

- Screen resumes and support initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate candidate communication scheduling and follow-ups.
- Track pipeline activity and provide updates to hiring teams.
- Support reporting data accuracy and recruitment process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of agency recruiting or full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.
Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn SignalHire or niche/professional recruiting.
Compensation & Benefits
