NewYork Lifes Talent Acquisition team is seeking aCorporateRecruiter to support hiring across ourStrategic role is ideal for an early-career recruiter withdemonstratedsourcing and recruiting experience who is eager to deepen theirexpertisein the insurance industrywhile partnering with senior recruiters HR Business Partners andhiring managers. This role will also require someone who is skilled at managing the full life cycle of recruiting support with a focus on high-volume recruiting.

WhatYoullDo:

Manage and supportallaspects of the full life cycle recruiting process; this includesjob postings candidate sourcing resume review andscreeningwitha focus on high volume recruitment covering class hiring forroles across multiple business areas.
Proactively source and engage candidates using direct recruiting strategies and recruiting tools.
Partner with senior recruiters on candidate pipeline development for critical roles.
Work with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure alignment with workforce planning and share progress updates.
Maintaincandidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute toaccuratereporting.
Create a positive candidate experience through cleartimelycommunication and professional engagement at each stage of the process.
Stay informed onrecruiting trends and labor market dynamics.

WhatYoullBring:

Demonstratedsourcing and recruiting experience; financial services or other high-volume experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Bachelorsdegree preferred and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters HRBPsandhiring managers

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$65000 - $74950

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individuals experience skills qualifications and job location. Additionally employees are eligible for an annual discretionary addition to base salary employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
