Office Administrator - Potchefstroom North West Market Related

A growing company in the health science and compliance sector is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support operations across sales logistics training and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer quotes sales orders and purchase orders
  • Coordinate local and international shipments and courier bookings
  • Manage supplier orders tenders and vendor documentation
  • Coordinate training logistics registrations invoicing and exams
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems and documentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook SharePoint OneDrive)
  • Experience with SAGE (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
