Job Summary

Job Title: Constellation UX Expert

Location: Offshore (preferred)
Engagement: Immediate / Full-time

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Constellation UX Expert to support an ongoing upgrade project for Crum & Forster (Insurance BU). The resource will play a key role in redesign adoption UI/UX improvements and ensuring seamless migration to the Constellation framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client LSA and stakeholders to understand application complexity and redesign requirements.
Drive UI/UX design and development using Pega Constellation architecture.
Ensure compliance with best practices for responsive design and accessibility.
Work closely with business analysts and developers to implement user-centric designs.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing UI components for performance and usability.
Provide guidance on Constellation upgrade strategies and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Pega Constellation UX (mandatory).
Hands-on experience in UI/UX design principles responsive design and usability testing.
Familiarity with Pega 8.x platform and Constellation architecture.
Ability to work on complex insurance applications and deliver intuitive user experiences.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience in Insurance domain. Exposure to Agile delivery models.
