SCADA Instrumentation Expert
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SCADA system architecture including design configuration and commissioning.
- Lead instrumentation selection specification and layout in accordance with project and operational requirements.
- Coordinate and integrate SCADA and instrumentation systems with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Support system troubleshooting testing optimization and performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards client specifications and applicable codes.
- Provide technical input during design reviews value engineering and project coordination meetings.
- Support site activities inspections and commissioning as required.
This position is primarily based at the Corporate Office in Bengaluru; however candidates must be willing to travel to project sites as required for field visits coordination inspections and project monitoring.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree (BE / ) in Instrumentation Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Additional Information :
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SCADA and instrumentation systems.
- Proven experience in water supply systems including monitoring control automation or system integration is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in consulting engineering or infrastructure project environments.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in relevant design and engineering tools such as:
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- GIS (as applicable)
- Strong understanding of industry standards codes and best practices related to SCADA and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of system integration data acquisition control logic and communication protocols is desirable.
