Seamless Assist is seeking a skilled and experienced Global HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across international markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands both human-centered hiring and modern AI-supported recruitment workflows. Role Overview
As a Global Recruiter you will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboardingwhile leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed quality and candidate experience. Youll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs attract top-tier talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process across regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle international recruitment (sourcing screening interviews offers onboarding)
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Source candidates using job boards social platforms ATS tools proactive outreach and AI-assisted sourcing tools
- Use AI tools to support resume screening candidate matching outreach optimization and pipeline management
- Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews; collect feedback and manage offer processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment data pipelines and hiring dashboards
- Ensure compliance with international hiring standards and labor regulations
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and future roles
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes using automation and data insights
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle international recruitment
- Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries and role types
- Working knowledge of AI tools in recruitment (e.g. AI resume screening sourcing tools automation ATS enhancements)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Workable JobStreet Indeed and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness when recruiting globally
- Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
Nice-to-Have
- Experience implementing or improving AI-assisted hiring workflows
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and performance metrics
- Background in recruiting virtual assistants or offshore talent
