Seamless Assist is seeking a skilled and experienced Global HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across international markets. Role Overview

As a Global Recruiter you will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboardingwhile leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed quality and candidate experience. Youll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs attract top-tier talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process across regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle international recruitment (sourcing screening interviews offers onboarding)
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source candidates using job boards social platforms ATS tools proactive outreach and AI-assisted sourcing tools
  • Use AI tools to support resume screening candidate matching outreach optimization and pipeline management
  • Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews; collect feedback and manage offer processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data pipelines and hiring dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with international hiring standards and labor regulations
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and future roles
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes using automation and data insights

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in full-cycle international recruitment
  • Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and role types
  • Working knowledge of AI tools in recruitment (e.g. AI resume screening sourcing tools automation ATS enhancements)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Workable JobStreet Indeed and ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness when recruiting globally
  • Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience implementing or improving AI-assisted hiring workflows
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and performance metrics
  • Background in recruiting virtual assistants or offshore talent
