Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales by encouraging users to register accounts and actively participate on the platform through chat and inbound/outbound calls.
Promote platform features offers bonuses and benefits to maximize user engagement.
Assist users with account registration deposits withdrawals and transaction-related queries.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets (primary and secondary).
Maintain accurate records of leads conversions and user activity.
Use Excel for data tracking sales reporting and performance analysis.
Deliver persuasive professional and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Prior telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains will be an added advantage).
Fluency in Telugu Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data entry and basic formulas).
Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
