The Role
Were looking for a Head of Recruitment Operations who can own and scale the entire delivery engine of Qureos across sourcing screening assessments shortlisting and candidate experience.
You will manage an existing team from day 1 optimize what works rebuild what doesnt and design operations that can scale from 100 300 hires per month across UAE GCC and global markets.
Think of this role as part strategist part operator part I can fix this in two days leader.
A balanced mix of fun startup energy serious operational rigor.
What Youll Do
Own the full recruitment delivery cycle
Oversee sourcing screening assessments and shortlisting across mixed seniority roles
Maintain exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Ensure every shortlist delivered to clients feels fast accurate and high-quality
Scale high-volume hiring operations
Manage and expand the operations team based on performance and demand
Build SOPs workflows and QC processes that ensure consistent output
Handle 100300 hiring volume per month across multiple markets
Be deeply data-driven
Track sourcing channel performance and optimize for CAC
Build dashboards for visibility across each stage of the funnel
Prioritize channels and processes based on performance not hunches
Improve speed & efficiency
Ruthlessly reduce time-to-hire and fix bottlenecks across the pipeline
Improve conversion rates between every step of the recruitment process
Ensure SLA adherence across all client mandates
Manual first then automation
Operate manually to validate what actually works
Then collaborate with product and engineering to automate smartly
Move toward a tech-enabled recruitment engine that compounds over time
Own experience for candidates & clients
Deliver an end-to-end hiring process that candidates love
Ensure shortlist quality stays consistently high
Elevate client satisfaction repeat business and trust in Qureos delivery
Your KPIs

Time to hire
Sourcing channel performance & CAC
Candidate experience (NPS/CSAT)
Quality of shortlist & accuracy of matching
SLA adherence
Stage-by-stage conversion rates
Offer acceptance rate
Client satisfaction & repeat business

Strong background in sourcing screening assessments and candidate engagement
Numbers-obsessed you prioritize sourcing channels like a growth analyst

Experienced in high-volume multi-market operations
Comfortable running ops manually before automating
Skilled at building exceptional candidate experiences
A natural operator: structured calm process-oriented and fast-moving
You think in systems run on data and execute with ownership
Bonus: experience in marketplace or fast-growth environments
