Role Purpose Statement Online sales are growing very fast and customers are buying more through digital platforms. To manage our sales and relationship with ecommerce platforms better we need a person who can focus on major e-commerce customers.
Main Accountabilities
1. Account Management: Maintaining relationship with our key accounts to grow the mindshare and market share of our brands with the platforms. Enabling and growing sales through designing growth startegy in collaboration with chains and executing them
2. Operational Excellence: Maintaining best in class metrices with chains e.g. OSA Fill Rate Promo spends ROI as per the KPIs
3. Marketing performance management: Executing digital marketing techniques across the chains handled and improving the metrices e.g. ROAS ACOS. Promoting Bunges brand through organic and inorganic means to improve search rank of the SKUs
4. Internal Stakeholder Management: Liasioning with Marketing Supply and Commercial teams to enable smooth operations of the chains handled

Behavior Improve Bunges outcomes by making data-driven decisions keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy.
Collaborate effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves.

Technical MS Office; Data Analytics
Education & Experience MBA in marketing or related fields with 6-8 years of experience; Bachelors with 8-10 years of experience.
