Position Overview
The Senior BDE for the Gujarat region will be a pivotal role responsible for leading market penetration and revenue growth within the states vibrant corporate and industrial sectors. The focus will be on securing high-value bulk contracts for ergonomic office solutions from large corporations IT/ITES companies educational institutions and new commercial fit-out projects. This requires a seasoned professional with deep regional market knowledge and a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
segments. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and growing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Market Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy focused on securing key corporate clients in Ahmedabad Surat and other major commercial hubs in Gujarat.
Map the competitive landscape and identify prime tender/project opportunities within the state.

Client Acquisition & Pipeline Management:
Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through extensive networking cold-calling and leveraging existing industry contacts.
Manage the entire sales funnel from initial client engagement and needs assessment to technical presentation and final order closure.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing ensuring profitability and alignment with company policy especially for large volume orders.
Channel and Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust long-term relationships with local Architects Interior Designers Project Management Consultants (PMCs) and Developers to ensure Comapny is specified as the preferred furniture vendor for upcoming projects.
Regularly conduct product knowledge sessions and site visits with these key influencers.
Product Expertise:
Achieve an in-depth understanding of comapnys ergonomic product range materials and customization capabilities.
Effectively articulate the value proposition of quality and design over generic competitors.
3. Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree (preferred: MBA or relevant technical/design background). Experience:Minimum 5 years in B2B corporate sales with a significant track record of success.
Mandatory 2 years of experience in the Modular Furniture Office Interiors or an allied fit-out industry.
Competencies: Excellent command of Gujarati and English (verbal and written). Hindi is a plus.
Exceptional presentation skills capable of pitching high-value solutions to C-suite/Purchase Heads.
Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass challenging sales targets.
Strong familiarity with the Gujarat corporate and architectural market. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
