YOUR ROLE AS A FIELD DIESEL TECHNICIAN
As our Field Technician you will maintain diagnose and repair anything from our Bobcat line up to Link-belt excavators and other heavy construction equipment. You will have a service truck to go to our customers locations in and around Southeast Iowa. Some occasional overnight travel may be required. Punching on and off work orders as you move throughout your day and entering a detailed story into the computer of what you did to the machine is a daily task. Our customers are losing money when their machines are down so they appreciate a good mechanic who can solve their machine trouble accurately and timely.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU
To thrive as a Field Technician at Rexco Equipment Inc youll need a high school diploma or GED along with three to five years of related experience and basic computer skills. Mastery of key performance metrics like Technician Efficiency Rate Recovery Rate and Rework will be essential for success in this role. Additionally owning your general tools of the trade is a must to ensure you are fully equipped to tackle any maintenance or repair tasks that come your way.
