The Business Operations Support Specialist will serve as a trusted support person across Enterprise Services functional areas including Operations Project Management Human Resources and other teams as needed. Working with functional area managers you will support day-to-day operations as well as special projects.
Seeking a versatile high-performing individual eager to apply skills across a wide range of operational and strategic activities. Must be highly motivated with superior organizational skills an eye for detail a collaborative attitude and the ability to keep pace with a fast-changing environment.
Assist in the performance of day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned across CHP teams with a primary focus on project management support and human resources activities.
Responsibilities may include creating PowerPoint presentation material coordinating across teams to manage the preparation of internal and external deliverables supporting the contracts team creating surveys benefits administration new hire onboarding and similar duties
The individual will partner with functional area managers to execute annual corporate and departmental goals
Comply with all information privacy and security policies as specified in the Consortium Health Plans Information Privacy & Security Policy Manual
Bachelors degree in business or other related field; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Business operations experience of 1-3 years preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams Copilot)
Project management experience including management of multiple workstreams
Experience working in a matrix environment is a plus

Pay range for this non-exempt position is $65000 - $80000 calculated on an annual basis. Pay is based on several factors including the labor market education work experience skill level and certifications
Ability to travel locally and nationally (5% of time annually)
Primarily sedentary. Position requires extensive phone and computer work
Consortium does not participate in visa sponsorship including the transfer of sponsorship from another employer.
