Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Application Support this role you will provide front-line support to clients by assisting with system-based travel bookings resolving application-related issues and ensuring all reservation details are accurate and properly documented.
This position combines customer service technical troubleshooting and booking coordination in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required; training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
