Whatyoulldo:
Talent Acquisition
Manage semi-annualtraineeinduction programs for CA ACCA and GP candidates including shortlisting administering tests scheduling manager/partner interviews issuing offers creating offer letters and Workday ID creation.
Handleend-to-end firm levelrecruitmentbygenerating jobrequisitions shortlistingcandidates coordination forinterviews managing offers and onboard new hires.
Coordinate and support employer branding initiatives.
Organization Development
Plan andcoordinatetrainingsessions in coordination withtheHRandLnETeam.
Coordinate and support organization development initiatives in Lahore office.
Prepare and circulate post-training feedback forms provide data inputs and confirmations for the AQI Dashboard and deliver on-ground training support trainer coordination materials readiness and post-session follow-up
HCOperations
Onboarding: verify employment formsassistwith bank account setupenroll inIGIhealthinsurance and create Workday IDs.
Exit/Clearance: process clearance formsprovideHCclearances update leavers recordsinworkday.
Settlements: coordinate with Accounts onFinalsettlements.
Letters: preparelettersfor appointments experience promotion internship visa and bonus lettersand maintenance of employee personal files.
Internships:maintainintern dataallocateinterns and ensure documentation completion.
Payroll Data: provide Accounts withaccurateinput on joiners leavers promotionstransferand joining bonuses.
Monthly Headcount/Staff List: prepare and share monthlyheadcountreports.
Increments: prepare increment sheets for all LOS track completion and coordinate disbursement with Accounts.
Handle employee queries on insurance benefits and general HCmatters while providing Workday support; manage health insurance claims end-to-end including document verification claim preparation and dispatch data maintenance and coordination with the IGI team.
Performance AppraisalProcess: support performance cycle by tracking Feedback Exchange submissions manager approvals and following up with Lahore staff for compliance.
Whatwerelooking for:
Mastersdegree in human resourceswith at least3-4years experience.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong hands-on experience in Excel including advanced functions.
Hands onexperienceonPowerBidashboards
Experiencein HR analyticsleveragingdata insights to support talent management anddata drivendecision-making.
