Blue Sky Inc. is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support teens and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential home setting. This is an as-needed (PRN) position.

Position Purpose:

The Direct Support Professional plays a vital role in assisting individuals served to succeed in daily activities while maintaining their health safety and overall well-being. Responsibilities include:

Supporting clients (ages 1018) in daily living and skill development
Implementing positive behavior support strategies to promote successful outcomes
Ensuring a safe supportive and structured residential environment
Providing care in a modern residential setting with ongoing training and support

PRN Employment Requirement:

This position is PRN (as-needed). To remain actively employed PRN staff are required to work or pick up a minimum of one (1) 8-hour shift per month.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three (1) year of experience in Direct Support or a related field
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass a background study

Compensation:

$22$24 per hour for awake hours based on experience
$11.41 per hour for sleep hours
