Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager full-cycle recruitment; job posting sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding
  • Follow/design competency-based interview scorecard
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the workforce need and build talent pipeline
  • To assist in implementation KPI frameworks aligned with organizational goal
  • To assist in monitoring analyze and report on KPI outcomes
  • Recommend improvement to enhance productivity and employee engagement
  • Design employee engagement program
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain payroll records generate reports and resolve employee queries
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure timely salary disbursement and audit
  • Design and implement engagement programs that foster efficient and positive culture
  • Organize recognition program and wellness initiatives
  • Collaborate with the leadership to strengthen communication and employee experience

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration in HR/MSW
  • At-least 5 Years of Experience in Business Partner Role
  • MUST have knowledge of Recruitment platform ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ethical judgment and integrity in recruitment practices
  • Relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving in recruitment challenges
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skill
  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity in candidate interactions
  • MS Excel (pivot tables recruitment dashboards reporting)
  • Social media recruitment tools and digital sourcing channels
