Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Senior Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for building enhancing and delivering compensation and benefits programs that empower our people and support our longterm business this role you will serve as a trusted partner to HR business leaders and our global compensation teamsensuring our Total Rewards programs remain competitive equitable and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Salary Management
- Implement compensation and rewards programs aligned with KLAs Total Rewards philosophy.
- Apply career architecture frameworks job evaluation methodologies and salary structures to ensure role clarity and internal equity that support evolving business needs.
DataDriven Insights & Advisory
- Analyze compensation market and workforce data to provide actionable insights to HRBPs managers and employees.
- Deliver authoritative consultation on compensation decisions and broader Total Rewards matters.
C&B Program Ownership & Rollout
- Own the development planning and communication of assigned compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Coordinate effective rollout of programs to ensure understanding adoption and positive employee experience.
Policy Governance & Compliance
- Review update and maintain compensation- and benefitsrelated policies.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws tax regulations and global governance standards.
Market Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct research on market trends and evolving Total Rewards practices.
- Partner with HQ Compensation to analyze market data refine salary ranges and maintain competitive positioning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above with 15 years of broad HR experience preferably in hightech corporate HR or consulting firms.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation market and workforce data and translate insights into clear actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrable track record of establishing policies influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across organizations.
- Strong solid understanding of Labor Standards Acts labor regulations and relevant tax requirements.
