Key responsibilities:
Responsible for managing sales of products & project and marketing strategy
Managing sales team including sales administration (or call sales logistic) to achieve business goals
Leading directly some key customers
Conducting market intelligence (customers/competitors) exercise and feedback for R&D team with improvement opportunities
Required experience and knowledge
Minimum 10 years of sales responsibility in B2B sales environment/model
Strong background in sales background in manufacturing and project environment
Value selling proven negotiation and persuasiveness skills required
Customer and market orientated result orientated and professional
Experience in Taiwan and multinational companies particularly from Europe or North America strongly preferred
Steel Making or Refractory background is preferred
Proactive communicator fluent in English both written and spoken
