How will you contribute to the team

• Gathers logs and summarizes project data to be used in technical studies or project performance reviews

• Assist in Project Estimate development with Project Manager

• Manage change order process

• Invoice review

• Assist with annual budgeting

• Responsible for Project cost tracking and forecasts

• Responsible for progress reporting

• Management of Assistant Project Controllers

• Develop in service cost profiles

• Variance explanations

• Develop cost profiles

• Develop payment applications

• Track AFE funding levels

What will you contribute

• Bachelors degree in Construction Quantity Surveying Engineering or a related field plus zero - three years relevant experience.

• Microsoft Excel and Computer skills required to enter data in spreadsheets or databases.

• General Competencies expected of all employees are as follows: Client Service Commitment Communication Innovation & Continuous Improvement Professionalism Quality and Teamwork.

• Performs routine technical support assignments.
