How will you contribute to the team
Gathers logs and summarizes project data to be used in technical studies or project performance reviews
Assist in Project Estimate development with Project Manager
Manage change order process
Invoice review
Assist with annual budgeting
Responsible for Project cost tracking and forecasts
Responsible for progress reporting
Management of Assistant Project Controllers
Develop in service cost profiles
Variance explanations
Develop cost profiles
Develop payment applications
Track AFE funding levels
What will you contribute
Bachelors degree in Construction Quantity Surveying Engineering or a related field plus zero - three years relevant experience.
Microsoft Excel and Computer skills required to enter data in spreadsheets or databases.
General Competencies expected of all employees are as follows: Client Service Commitment Communication Innovation & Continuous Improvement Professionalism Quality and Teamwork.
Performs routine technical support assignments.
