Job Description Summary
We are currently recruiting candidates to apply to our Real Estate Analyst Training Program a two-year paid rotational program for recent graduate students in the fields of Business Finance or City & Regional Planning or undergraduate students who participated in Project Destined or equivalent real estate development program. The program is designed to provide analysts full immersion and hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate financing and development and opportunities to sharpen leadership skills.Job Description
As a Real Estate Analyst you will be trained by Enterprises executive and industry leaders. You will work on projects and with teams that span the organizations business lines including our Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) housing credit investments asset management real estate equity and real estate development.
Responsibilities may include:
Our Real Estate Analyst cohort will join Enterprise in late June 2026 with the program running through June 2028. The application process will open in November 2025. Analysts will start with eight months of comprehensive training with Enterprises CDFI a US Treasury certified revolving debt fund with just over $550 million in assets under management. Over the remaining 16-months analyst will complete two eight-month rotations within Enterprises Capital Division.

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills education location experience and performance.
