SMArtX Advisory Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Associate to join our dedicated Accounting team in West Palm Beach. As an Accounting Associate you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include assisting with accounts payable and receivable preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
- Support month-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes
- Participate in audits and assist with preparation of audit materials
- Respond to inquiries from management and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
