Associate Attorney

About the Role:

This is a full-time hybrid Associate Attorney role based in Los Angeles CA offering some flexibility for remote work. The selected attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution and will be actively involved in all stages of litigation.

You will work closely with experienced litigators gain hands-on courtroom exposure and play a meaningful role in shaping case strategy. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advocacy values client impact and is looking to grow within a litigation-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation including case strategy and execution
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and other legal documents
  • Appear in court and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution efforts
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive cases toward favorable outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of litigation experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Litigation and Consumer Rights law
  • Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law with the ability to interpret and apply legal standards
  • Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active admission to the California State Bar
  • Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in consumer protection or personal injury law is a plus
