Job Summary
About the Role
In this onsite role you will assist with experimental plans set up and operate measurement and data acquisition systems and contribute to the development and automation of test fixtures. You will document formulas test methods and results using Microsoft Office and formulation tools keep organized lab records and collaborate closely across teams in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute experimental strategies and test plans
- Build bench-top test fixtures for measurements and automation
- Set up and run data acquisition systems (NI preferred)
- Maintain detailed accurate laboratory records and results
- Document formulas and experimental outcomes using Microsoft Office and formulation tools
- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Associates degree in a scientific field (Bachelors preferred)
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a related technical or lab setting
- Experience with data acquisition systems (NI preferred)
- Proficiency with Excel and documentation best practices
- Ability to build or support simple test fixtures and measurements
- Strong organization and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Arduino or similar microcontrollers
- Basic programming for test automation
- Familiarity with formulation software
- PowerPoint and Word for reporting
