Canada payroll experience required

Ensure accurate and timely processing of multi province payroll for 700 employees in a fast paced environment while meeting strict payroll deadlines.
Maintain data completeness and quality within the time and attendance system (e.g. UKG/Kronos) and ensure proper integration into the ADP GlobalView payroll platform.
Compile review and validate additional earnings time corrections and rate adjustments received from multiple locations ensuring compliance with Canadian federal and provincial regulations before finalizing results in ADP GV.
Review ADP GV payroll audit and pre processing reports to confirm that all payroll data balances with timekeeping records and site submissions; investigate and resolve any out of balance conditions.
Research analyze and interpret payroll data from multiple sources to resolve inquiries from HR Finance and Operations; provide Tier 1 support for Kronos troubleshoot errors and participate in system testing.
Maintain accurate assignments profiles and vacation/PTO accruals within the timekeeping system for new hires transfers and leaves of absence in accordance with Canadian standards.
