The skills we need: - Excellent self-management and communication skills
- Visual effects/ After Effects or any other animation/videoprogram knowledge advantageous
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite notablyPhotoshop Illustrator.
- Good understanding of digital and mobile designprinciples.
- An understanding of typography colour compositionand how these elements work together for a designsolution.
- Understand the importance of brand design.
- An understanding of generative AI prompting modelcapabilities and how these elements work together forinnovative and efficient creative outcomesadvantageous.
Attributes required: - Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a well-structured thought process.
- Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and experience of marshalling cross-departmental resources towards daily goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities: - Supporting the marketing team with digital designexecutions for social media promotional anmerchandising and CRM related tasks.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in new technologiesand techniques contemporary trends in design todeliver cutting edge work.
- Brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas as well asstoryboarding.
- Social Media experience on digital platforms.
- Participating in idea sessions to share new designperspectives and ideas.
- Adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Working collaboratively with the design team broaderMarketing team & the Retail and Promotionsdepartments.
- Consistently delivering work on time.
- Working within the brand CI and templates.
- Working quickly and efficiently with exceptional attentionto detail
- Implementing and delivering on feedback from senior management and peers.
- Adhering to design team processes and standards.
