Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced hands-on Foreman to join our Hartford Industrial Team supporting the industrial and power markets. This is a leadership role with 100% travel to major job sites across the U.S. You can live anywhere in the countrywell get you where you need to be.

What Youll Do
Lead and manage field crews on projects such as chimney restoration concrete repair masonry repair and structural reinforcement.
Supervise all on-site work to ensure quality safety and productivity.
Review drawings plan daily work activities and track progress.
Coordinate materials tools and equipment for efficient project execution.
Commit to 24/7 safety by ensuring strict safety procedures especially at height.
What Were Looking For
100% travel nationwide (per diem & lodging provided).
Comfortable working at elevations up to 1000 ft.
5 years in construction including 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience leading crews of up to 5 technicians.
Ability to read blueprints and execute technical specifications.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Hourly pay: $40$45 opportunities for overtime at time-and-a-half.
