Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enclosure Foreman to lead enclosure projects within our production environment. This role is responsible for job site safety team leadership scheduling and quality control ensuring projects are completed efficiently safely and to specification. Occasional off-site work may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise enclosure manufacturing/construction projects from start to finish
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Lead train mentor and support production teams and contractors
- Create and manage work schedules in compliance with labor laws
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical plans
- Maintain high-quality standards and resolve workflow or team issues
- Coordinate productivity staffing and job-site organization
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Electrical license State of Iowa (required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Experience with hand tools tape measures and enclosure construction
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical job duties
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years in manufacturing or construction with 1 year in a foreman or leadership role
- Experience recruiting training and supervising teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
- Prior experience managing teams in fast-paced production environments
- Experience working in the U.S. market preferably in Iowa or the Midwest
Physical & Work Environment
- Frequent standing bending climbing and lifting
- Exposure to manufacturing noise tools and equipment
- Occasional outdoor work and warm temperatures
