Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support plant operations at its Charlotte NC facility. This role is responsible for performing preventative predictive and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial maintenance experience and a strong understanding of mechanical systems within a manufacturing or food production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative predictive and reactive maintenance throughout the facility
- Operate and maintain tools including power tools hand tools electric tools and precision maintenance equipment

Work across maintenance trades including:

Welding
-
Pipefitting
-
Fabrication
-
Gearbox and bearing maintenance
-
Lubrication systems
-
Pumps and piping systems
-
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-
- Read and interpret mechanical schematics blueprints and operation manuals

Modify or build equipment as required
- Document maintenance activities using maintenance management software

Operate forklifts loaders scissor lifts and aerial lifts

Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with peers and management to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

18 years of age or older
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
1 year of industrial maintenance experience
- Demonstrated experience in at least 12 maintenance trades (mechanical electrical welding pipefitting fabrication hydraulics pneumatics etc.)
- Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated areas (4 feet and above)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties

Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice

Ability to read write and communicate in English
Preferred Qualifications

Trade school certification or degree in a maintenance-related field

Military maintenance experience
-
Experience in food production environments
- Experience with precision maintenance (laser alignment dial indication)
- Knowledge of safe work practices such as PJHA and confined space procedures
