Job Summary:
Our client is a growing real estate company in Cambodia focused on community-centered projects for the emerging middle class. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple development projects manage consultants and contractors and ensure quality cost schedule and compliance targets are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution from inception to completion.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules budgets and master programs.
- Manage approvals permits and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee consultants contractors and contracts ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality safety and ESG compliance on site.
- Manage project handover defect rectification and operational readiness.
- Report progress dashboards and key updates to senior management.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Built Environment Architecture Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 9 years experience in real estate development or construction management.
- Proven track record with high-rise or large-scale mixed-use projects.
- Strong leadership coordination and decision-making skills.
- Budget and contract management proficiency.
- Effective communication across disciplines and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with project management software (MS Project etc.).
- Knowledge of ESG and sustainable building practices is a plus.

Working hours:
Up to 40-44 hours per week; primary work days are Monday to Friday with work outside of official hours will be required on occasions particularly for events where live shots and editing are required.
Location: Siem Reap & Phnom Penh.
Reports to: This position reports to the Senior Project Executive.
Direct Report: Project Team.
