Job Summary:

Our client is a growing real estate company in Cambodia focused on community-centered projects for the emerging middle class. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple development projects manage consultants and contractors and ensure quality cost schedule and compliance targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution from inception to completion.
Prepare and monitor project schedules budgets and master programs.
Manage approvals permits and regulatory compliance.
Oversee consultants contractors and contracts ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality safety and ESG compliance on site.
Manage project handover defect rectification and operational readiness.
Report progress dashboards and key updates to senior management.

Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Built Environment Architecture Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 9 years experience in real estate development or construction management.
Proven track record with high-rise or large-scale mixed-use projects.
Strong leadership coordination and decision-making skills.
Budget and contract management proficiency.
Effective communication across disciplines and seniority levels.
Familiarity with project management software (MS Project etc.).
Knowledge of ESG and sustainable building practices is a plus.

Working hours:

Up to 40-44 hours per week; primary work days are Monday to Friday with work outside of official hours will be required on occasions particularly for events where live shots and editing are required.
Location: Siem Reap & Phnom Penh.
Reports to: This position reports to the Senior Project Executive.
Direct Report: Project Team.
