About the Role:

A leading lubricant and grease manufacturer with a strong presence in the Middle East and global export markets is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive international business growth across key regions including Africa Asia Europe and the Americas.

Job Title: International Sales Manager Lubricants & Grease (Global Markets)

Location: UAE / Mumbai (India)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Either from UAE office or India Office (Mumbai) Candidate must be flexible to travel and stay in different countries as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

  • Identify develop and manage distributors agents and direct customers within the assigned territory.

  • Conduct market analysis to understand competition pricing and customer requirements.

  • Prepare business proposals quotations and promotional materials for clients.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits.

  • Participate in trade fairs exhibitions and customer meetings as required.

  • Monitor receivables ensure timely payments and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

  • Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants and grease sales & marketing (industrial or automotive).

  • Strong understanding of international trade export documentation and regional market trends.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in local languages of the assigned region is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.

  • Self-motivated target-driven and adaptable to multicultural environments
