Job Summary
Job Title : Manager TMG Trade Manager Institutional Equity Division
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the Transaction Management Group for structured products
- Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for notes certificates and warrantsfrom issuance and documentation to settlement
- Perform deal reviews to ensure accuracy across documentation and internal systems
- Monitor and resolve trade breaks reconciliations and discrepancies
- Coordinate with Sales Trading COO and Operations for timely trade settlement
- Handle documentation requests and reconciliation
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
- Maintain strong controls reporting and workflow governance
Requisites:
- MBA or CA
- Experience in structured products derivatives or transaction management
- Strong understanding of equity-linked structured products and trade lifecycles
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to automation/workflow tools preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive organized and able to manage multiple priorities
