Job Summary
Designation: Senior Engineer NPI & Mechanical Engineering
Work Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end NPI execution for mechanical parts and assemblies.
Hands on experience in Motor Assembly process and setup motor assy manufacturing line.
Lead DFM/DFA/DFMEA and risk mitigation activities.
Define assembly sequences tooling concepts and inspection strategies.
Drive prototype FAI pilot and production readiness builds.
Lead supplier-side development of mechanical parts.
Review supplier process capability vs drawing requirements.
Conduct supplier technical reviews and audits.
Validate FAIR dimensional reports and compliance documents.
Own AS9100 documentation and audit readiness.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) 8D and corrective actions.
Mentor junior engineers.
Interface with customers during design and build reviews.
Mandatory Requirements:
BE / BTech in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
46 years of experience in mechanical & motor assembly
Strong NPI or manufacturing engineering background.
Strong GD&T and tolerance analysis capability.
Supplier development experience.
Required Skills:
